I provide individualized fitness programming specific to your unique needs. We often address the changing needs of women. Together we establish goals that lead to more effective fitness training and then monitor progress toward these goals and wellness in general.
Each personalized program can include cardiovascular, endurance, strength, balance, flexibility, diet and nutrition components. My services are appropriate for anyone with health challenges such as diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease.

Michele has a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College. She is a personal fitness trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, and an American Council on Exercise certified Health Coach. She has been a trainer for over 20 years.
